Roger Ailes Has Died

Roger Ailes has died at the age of 77.

Roger Ailes, the man who built Fox News into America's top rated cable news network has died.

His wife Elizabeth released a statement calling him a patriot who was profoundly grateful to live in a country that gave him so much opportunity to work hard, to rise--and to give back.

Ailes' five-decade career ended when he resigned as CEO of Fox News last summer in the midst of sexual harassment allegations.
