Echoing the House's vote earlier this week, the Senate voted to repeal a regulation requiring energy companies to disclose payments made to foreign governments, sending it to President Trump's desk. "This was a rule that was mandated under Dodd-Frank in 2010 with the final rule finalized in June 2016," said TheStreet's politics writer Emily Stewart. The measure passed 52-47 in the Senate on Friday morning. It passed the House of Representatives on Wednesday in a 235-187 vote. TheStreet's Scott Gamm speaks with Stewart in New York.
