RCS Capital Pulled Into American Realty Capital's Accounting Mess

As shares of RCS Capital have fallen roughly 50% since American Realty Capital disclosed accounting regularities at the end of October, Antilla explains why the stock has gotten hit so badly. She also reveals why, despite the fact that it's gotten a clean bill of health from forensic accountants and has since engaged PricewaterhouseCoopers as its auditor since the second quarter, there's more to the story that the company did not acknowledge on its third quarter earnings conference call with analysts.
