Rally to Break Losing Streak Loses Steam; Dow Closes Lower

Wall Street started the day rallying on track to break a three-day losing streak but at the end lost steam and closed mixed with the Dow Industrials posting another day of loses on Tuesday. Oil prices tumbled after the International Energy Agency cut demand estimates for this year and next. The holiday shopping season is kicking off even earlier at Macy's (M) this year. The department store will open at 6pm on Thanksgiving Day. Apple (AAPL) and Facebook (FB) are offering egg freezing for female employees. Facebook is already covering the cost of treatments.
