President Trump Is About to Get a New 'Beast' to Cruise
The new Beast will replace the one that has been in service since Obama's first term in 2009.
Coined the Cadillac Beast, the latest presidential limo will be introduced later this year, reports Motor Authority. The Beast has been in development at General Motors (GM) - Get Report since 2013. Not much is known about the car, except that it's likely being built -- as usual -- on a truck platform. Everything is reinforced from the roof to the treads of the tire to keep the president and his passengers safe. The car's panels are likely to be made from a mix of steel, aluminum, titanium and ceramic to thwart any projectiles fired at the car, says Motor Authority.
