The former secretary of state's odds at the presidency dropped nearly immediately on Friday as news broke of FBI director James Comey's letter to Congress. The polls have been slower to measure the impact of the bureau's late-October surprise. Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight model, which follows polling, is just now measuring the impact. John Aristotle Phillips, CEO of U.S. prediction market PredictIt, spoke with TheStreet about how investors were ahead of the curve as well as Donald Trump's expanding path to 270.
