Phelps Fuels USA's Swimming Dominance, Winning 2 More Gold Medals in Rio

It was another incredible day for Michael Phelps, who scored two more gold medals on Tuesday at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. 'This man is not just a phenomenon, he has staying power,' said Matt Slater, chief sports reporter at The Press Association, who joined TheStreet from Rio de Janeiro.
