PetSmart, Buffalo Wild Wings, Abercrombie & Fitch Downgraded
In Monday's Analysts Actions, PetSmart, Buffalo Wild Wings and Abercrombie & Fitch all get revised lower. PetSmart is now rated an EQUAL WEIGHT from OVERWEIGHT at Barclays. The firm also lowered the price target to $70 from $75. The analysts there say if management doesn't pursue a strategic alternative, there will be a downside in share price because the stock is already reflecting the possibility of a sale. Chicken wing costs are bringing down Buffalo Wild Wings at Wedbush to a NEUTRAL rating from an OUTPERFORM rating. The price target was severely cut to $135 from $175. The firm points to greater-than-expected commodity headwinds for the downgrade. Abercrombie and Fitch was downgraded to NEUTRAL from OVERWEIGHT at Piper Jaffray. The price target was also lowered by $10 dollars to $35 dollars. The analysts there believe the international side of the business is proving more difficult than anticipated.
