Pandora Has a Technology Problem, Jim Cramer Says

TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said Pandora (P) has a technology problem. 

Pandora shares are down 58% since the start of the year.

The company also faces competition from Spotify, Cramer says, which is reportedly set to go public early next year.
