Kevin O'Leary said that he made most of his money on women-led companies in the past 12 years.
"[Women-led companies] are very good at mitigating risk, they're very good at building teams. They set forecasts they can actually achieve over 90% of the time, and in doing so they reduce their staff turnover dramatically," O'Leary said.
O'Leary said that, out of 10 deals, seven of them will be run by money. Why? "I'm an investor, I want to make money," he explained.
