NFL Sponsors Have Their Say on Political Protests

This is how the NFL's sponsors are responding to political protests on the field.

All eyes were on the NFL following President Trump's remarks about honoring the flag. Many players, coaches and in some cases owners came together in protest.

The league's sponsors are also having their say when it comes to the political controversy.

Ford (F) - Get Report
Released a statement promising to "respect individuals' rights to express their views, even if they are not ones we share."

Under Armour (UA) - Get Report , (UAA) - Get Report
Tweeted that the company stands for both the flag and the athletes:

.@UnderArmour stands for the flag and by our Athletes for free speech, expression and a unified America.

Nike (NKE) - Get Report
Released a statement saying the company:
"Supports athletes and their right to freedom of expression"

Hyundai Motor Co. (HMC) - Get Report
Backed players saying:
We also stand for inclusion, freedom and all that represents those value."
