Newspapers are 'fed up' with Facebook (FB) - Get Report and Alphabet's Google (GOOGL) - Get Report .

That's according to TheStreet's Ken Doctor, who said the newspaper industry wants Congress to get involved, as the technology companies continually dominate the digital advertising market.
