New Balance Launches New Ad Campaign To Take On Nike & Adidas
New Balance is stepping up its advertising game. The sports brand is hoping to launch itself into more international markets, taking on the big players like Nike (NKE) and Adidas with its largest ever advertising campaign. New Balance made $3.3 billion dollars in revenue through 2014 and is seeing strong growth this year after expanding from running shoes into the Soccer, baseball and tennis sectors. The privately owned company has also signed endorsement deals with 10 major soccer players with the hope of giving other major sports brands a run for their money. The global ad campaign will feature television spots in 70 countries as New Balance execs work to appeal to younger buyers, the campaign will also push heavily into print and social media.
