Amid Netflix (NFLX) - Get Report hiring ABC producer Shonda Rhimes from Disney (DIS) - Get Report , TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said Netflix "saw Disney coming." Cramer was referring to Disney's announcement last week to pull its movies from Netflix in the coming years.
