Energy expert and Senior Contributor Dan Dicker talks to Jim Cramer about the recent fall of Mosul in Iraq to anti-government Islamic forces. While only minor and marginal oil facilities are in the area of the fighting, the worry is that the battleground area will spread and threaten the Kirkuk oil field in the North, one of the largest oil fields in the world. The question remains whether insurgent action will find it's way south, where the majority of Iraqi oil assets lie. Dicker also believes that the recent fighting will cap investment in Iraq for the moment and could put further long-term upwards pressure on oil prices.
