From the floor of the CME Group, Alan Knuckman for Thursday May 29. Markets essentially closed unchanged Wednesday as the S&P 500 touched a new high. The NASDAQ has essentially seen a full V-Shape recovery from the March lows, a 9% move. The US dollar was up, euro down and there was a big push in bonds. Crude closed lower and the $104.50 level remains key and gold continues its slide. Thursday futures point to a slightly higher open with the S&P indicated up a point and the Dow up 15, dollar is down, euro is up and bonds are higher again by about five ticks. Crude is higher and gold remains lower.
