From the trading floor of the CME Group, Alan Knuckman reviews the markets and levels to watch for the day ahead. The S&P traded mixed on Monday but ended up slightly higher on the day. Dow closed higher, while the NASDAQ closed down a touch. The U.S. dollar ended up and the euro was lower. Bond continues to saw heavy unwinding and crude continues to consolidate. And the story remains the same in gold with downward pressure. Futures for Tuesday point to a lower open across the indices. The U.S. dollar looks lower, while the euro is slightly higher. Bond are down about 20 ticks. Crude is mostly flat and gold is up about $1 in a relatively quiet session.
