Morning Market Stir: Futures and Commodities Preview

From the floor of the CME group Alan Knuckman discusses new highs in yesterdays market and what it indicates for Thursday, July 24. The S&P made new highs closing at 1980.75, the DOW was down 8 at 17,025 and NASDAQ also made new highs closing at 3975.5. The dollar index was up at 80.92 and Euro currency closed down at 134.59. Bonds, 30-year note and gold closed unchanged and crude was up at 103.15. On Thursday July 24, index futures are up, the dollar index is down and Euro currency is up, bonds are down, the 30-year note is at 3.28% yield and the 10-year note is at 2.48% and crude and gold are down.¿
