Morning Market Stir: Futures and Commodities Preview

The DOW closed up 50 points at 17,033, S&P was up 9 points at 1975 and the NASDAQ is up 10% YTD closing at 3950.5. The dollar index closed up 24 at 80.87 and the Euro down 57. Bonds were up 4 at 138.18, crude was down at 102.40 and gold closed down 8 at 113.06. On today July 23, index futures are up, the dollar index is down and Euro currency up, bonds are steady, the 30-year note is at 3.25% yield and 10-year at 2.46%, crude is up and gold is holding steady.¿
