From the floor of the CME group in Chicago Alan Knuckman discusses the downward trend in the market from yesterday and what it indicates for Friday, July 18. The S&P closed down 21 at 1953.5, DOW closed down 16 at 16,941 and the NASDAQ closed down 46.5 at 38.76. Dollar index closed down at 80.57 and euro closed up at 135.29. Bonds were up 31 at 138.04, crude was up $1.60 at 102.20 and gold was up at 113.17. On Friday July 18, the S&P is steady at 1954, DOW is down at 16,930 and the NASDAQ is up 3881.5. The dollar index and Euro currency are unchanged, the 10 year note is at 2.47% yield, bonds are unchanged, crude oil is up and gold is down. ¿
