This week at the European Parliament, Team Juncker auditions are winding down. It's been quite a roller coaster for the 27 Commissioners who will work under incoming President Jean-Claude Juncker. They have spent 80-plus hours answering lawmakers' questions about their job qualifications and reviews. Competition Commissioner-designate Margrethe Vestager got an instant thumbs up, while Jonathan Hill, the nominee for financial services chief, faced a second grilling to flesh out his plans, and a handful of others are also in trouble. It all amounts to good-old fashioned political drama before the critical vote later this month. Renee Cordes reports from the European Parliament in Brussels.
