Millennial Generation Is Shaping Our World Says CEO and Author David Burstein

Often called an entitled generation, CEO and Co-Founder of Run for America and author David Burstein said at the Milken Conference that the millennial generation is a force we should all be listening to. He said they are changing the nature of our workplace, politics and community, mostly because they’re the most civic-minded generation of our time with a deep concern for making the world better. They are rapidly becoming CEOs and are demanding more from leaders in business and politics. He said even though on the surface they appear to be job hoppers, employers should be listening to their concerns about workplace culture and politicians should too if they want to succeed. Burstein talks about the numbers that could change the election in 2016 and ways politicians need to get smart about reaching the millennial voting block.
