Markets were mixed Monday morning with the S&P 500 giving back the gains it made earlier in the session to represent the lone index in the red by the afternoon. The Dow and Nasdaq weren't fairing much better, with the Dow showing a modest gain of 0.01% and the Nasdaq flat.

General Electric (GE) - Get Report was the market's biggest loser Monday, falling nearly 3% after JPMorgan published a bearish note on the company's C-suite shakeup. Analyst C. Stephen Tusa called changes a "clear negative" for the company. Its vice chairs retired from its board, the company said Monday, while an executive from investment firm Trian Fund Management has been named to the board. Longtime Chairman and CEO Jeff Immelt stepped down earlier this year.

Walt Disney (DIS) - Get Report shares were also moving to the beat of Wall Street analysts Monday, climbing 0.08% after RBC Capital analyst Steven Cahall said that ""a shift to direct-to-consumer, declining contribution from ESPN and strong growth in non-media segments" had helped the company become more of an "execution story at parks and studio."
