Markets Dive as Manufacturing Falls; GM, Ford Post Weak Sales
U.S. markets ended lower Monday on worries over weak manufacturing data, poor January auto sales.
The S&P 500 slid more than 2% to its lowest level since October on poor sales from Ford and General Motors while U.S. ISM and Chinese manufacturing data disappointed investors. The reports renewed fears about the health of the emerging markets. TheStreet's Jane Searle speaks with Jason Weisberg of Seaport Securities at the NYSE.
