Lemonis, who teamed up with Ink from Chase to provide advice for Small Business Owners, says he does not perform due diligence on the small businesses he sets out to save because he wants the reaction shots to be authentic, not staged. He also says that small business owners - and often large companies as well - often struggle with collecting receivables and understanding their costs.
