The U.S. economy is now adding jobs at a clip of 187,000 the past 12 months. The Wharton School professor of management Peter Cappelli tells TheStreet's Joe Deaux that, bottom line, March posted a good jobs report, and he says the unseasonably cold weather drag on the economy seems to already be subsiding.
