Magna International  (MGA) - Get Magna International Inc. Report announced on Friday that it is buying Sweden’s Veoneer  (VNE) - Get Veoneer, Inc. Report for $3.8 billion in a drive to become the global leader in smart cars, with Veoneer shares surging on news of the deal.
