Macy's Struggles but Walmart and Home Depot Shine During Q4

It was a mixed retail earnings bag. Macy's (M) - Get Report disappointed, with declining same-store sales, while Walmart (WMT) - Get Report and Home Depot (HD) - Get Report posted strong results. Christine Short, sr. vice president of Estimize, said consumers are shifting their spending towards experiences and even Uber rides, and less at department stores.
