New York jet fuel differentials jumped this week amid low inventories and increased demand approaching the Labor Day weekend. Jean Medina, spokeswoman for Airlines for America told us that the chairman of New York City's JFK airport's fuel committee 'issued an advisory noting that fuel inventory was constricted at JFK and asking airlines not to uplift additional fuel until inventory is built back up.'
