The company's 10% rise this year should carry into 2015, as analysts are pegging the stock to keep making gains, in part thanks to factors like falling fuel prices and a robust job market. The homebuilders had a rough go of the financial crisis, and companies like Lennar are struggling to regain their old top form, but the start 2015 may provide to homebuilders could carry all year.
