Commercial landscaping provider BrightView shares moved slightly lower on Thursday following its debut as a public company on the New York Stock Exchange.

Commercial landscaping provider BrightView (BV) - Get BrightView Holdings, Inc. Report shares moved slightly lower on Thursday following its debut as a public company on the New York Stock Exchange. 

The stock, priced at $22 a share, lost over 2% in midday trading.

The company is the largest employer for workers on the H-2B visa program.
