"Multifamily and industrial development are in high demand given the strong performance, and people are scrambling to find good development parcels. There's a dearth of great supply. And then on the tenant side, there's cheap debt financing and several good SBA programs," said Eli Randel, Chief Strategy Officer at Crexi in a free webinar with TheStreet.
"I think we're seeing a lot of tenants actively seeking owner user parcels as well," he continued.
