New York Law School Professor Ronald Filler tells TheStreet's Joe Deaux that he's uncertain whether the Fed will contionue to scale back its economic stimulus program in the statement due Wednesday afternoon. Filler also says that despite early 2014 market volatility, the Fed transition later this week will have little impact on day-to-day market movement.
