What is success in your eyes?

Is it a career where you excel or you make a lot of money? Is it the white picket fence with the family? There are many definitions, and everyone has their own preference.

But do men and women view success differently?

Sallie Krawcheck, CEO of Ellevest, says, "women, somehow, we've gotten taught from all of these self-help books that we're sort of on our own...and that our success is individually driven--which feels really great. 'Oh, I just have to do these things and I'll be successful,' but that's been tougher for us."

She notes that the individuality that drives women's success comes at a cost--women don't always hype each other up or promote each other.
