Kraft Heinz (KHC) - Get Report CEO and 3G Capital partner Bernardo Hees is always on the hunt for a deal. And he isn't afraid to go big, he tells TheStreet.

"Look, we dream big and that's not going to go away," Hees says. "We like solid brands, we like businesses that could travel internationally and be global and we like businesses with synergies that you can capture and then reinvest."

The like-able, hard-working, data driven Hees isn't joking around here. Kraft Heinz made a $143 billion play last year for consumer products giant Unilever, which was rebuffed.

TheStreet recently asked Coca-Cola's (KO) - Get Report CEO James Quincey about his M&A strategy. Watch below for his answer.
