Kinder Morgan Consolidation Will Be a Big Winner for Shareholders

Jim Cramer talks with RealMoney Senior contributor Dan Dicker about the recent consolidation of the Richard Kinder Master Limited Partnerships. With this deal, Richard Kinder is abandoning the MLP structure he help create nearly 20 years ago. But with the restructuring will come a huge freeing up of cash for Kinder to go out and purchase even more pipelines – and make a bet on the continuing growth of US shale oil and shale gas production. Both Cramer and Dicker agree that investors would be wise to stick with Rich Kinder.
