Kimbell Royalty Partners Goes Public at the NYSE Friday
Kimbell Royalty Partners went public at the New York Stock Exchange on Friday.
Kimbell Royalty Partners an owner of oil and natural gas mineral and royalty interests, went public at the New York Stock Exchange Friday and trades under the symbol KRP. The stock priced at $18 a share, below its expected range of $19 to $21 a share. The company is one of the largest owners of energy royalty interests in the U.S., with acreage in over 20 states and nearly every onshore basin, including the Permian. The company's CEO and chairman, Bob Ravnaas, spoke with TheStreet's Rhonda Schaffler in New York.
