Kevin O'Leary: Women-Run Companies Make Me More Money

Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary Invests in Women Who Run Companies and Have the You-What to Fire Their Mothers

Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary says his mom's investment policy dictates the way he invests.

She may also be the reason he believes so strongly in women-run businesses. Of the 44 companies he was invested in at the time of our interview, the majority are run by women and have not only returned his capital investment but are making him money.

O'Leary talks about the commonalities between women, mothers and good business. Believe it or not, he says a great manager can fire her mom.
