Ken Doctor: Tronc's Purchase of Chicago Sun-Times Likely to Be Approved by Regulators

TheStreet's Ken Doctor thinks regulators will "probably" approve Tronc's (TRNC)  purchase of the Chicago Sun-Times. Tronc already owns the Chicago Tribune.
