KB Home, EIA Energy Outlook: What to Watch on Wall Street Jan. 13

On Tuesday, January 13th President Barack Obama is scheduled to meet with Congressional leaders in Washington to discuss domestic and foreign policy issues. There are three notable earnings including KB Home (KBH), IHS Inc (IHS), and CSX Corp (CSX). KB Home reports its fourth-quarter financial results after the latest reading on existing-home sales showed a monthly decline of 6.1% in November. But, the White House announced last week that the FHA will reduce mortgage insurance premiums, which could boost home sales. On the economic calendar we have the JOLTS report, the EIA's monthly short-term energy outlook, and the Treasury budget.
