Justin Timberlake Turns Tech Entrepreneur, Buys AfterMaster Audio

Justin Timberlake is adding another dimension to his music career with a new tech acquisition. The award-winning pop star is now a co-owner of the audio technology company AfterMaster audio labs. The company is a subsidiary of Studio One Media and focuses on enhancing and remastering audio quality. Timberlake said in a statement on Wednesday that he is thrilled to be a part of the ground-breaking company. AfterMaster has enhanced the work of global superstars like Michael Jackson and Taylor Swift. AfterMaster will launch an online music mastering service next month. The company will also sell software chips that can be embedded in mobile phones, headphones and TVs so users will soon be able to remaster their audio on the go.
