A judge in San Francisco blocked the enforcement of President Trump's executive order to hold back funds from reputed sanctuary cities failing to adhere to federal regulations regarding immigration, by protecting people that are undocumented.
The temporary ruling was issued Tuesday by Federal Judge William Orrick who ruled in a lawsuit challenging Trump's order, and the decision will remain while the lawsuit goes through court, the Associated Press noted.
