John Turturro Takes Center Stage at BGC Partners Charity Day

BGC Partners and Cantor Fitzgerald Charity Day brings out the best in celebrities, athletes and our community to support and honor the victims from 9/11. New Yorker and award-winning actor, John Turturro, and FDNY Lieutenant Highland represented The FDNY Fire Transport Foundation. They explained to TheStreet’s Jill Malandrino the central focus of the Foundation is assisting the families of firefighters in their times of greatest need, in transporting firefighters, family members and department personnel to and from medical institutions both for care and family support.
