Jobs Report, Final Day of CES: What to Watch on Wall Street Jan. 9

On Friday, January 9th the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas wraps up in its fourth and final day, featuring the latest consumer technologies for 2015. Companies will try to impress consumers at the annual trade show. There are no earnings to watch on Friday. On the economic calendar, we note the closely watched jobs report as well as wholesale trade numbers. Wall Street will look to the Department of Labor for the December employment situation, as economists forecast the jobless rate fell to a more than six-year low.
