ADP private payrolls data missed expectations for March, but the revision upward of February's number seemed to slightly satisfy traders. General Motors CEO Mary Barra is back for more testimony in Washington on Wednesday, this time for the Senate. GM may be considering compensation for the families of those that died in their faulty cars. Mannkind stock is on a sugar high after the FDA panel voted in favor of the company's diabetes drug Afrezza. The FDA's final decision is on April 15.
