The company was spun off from Pfizer (PFE) - Get Report , which Cramer says unlocked plenty of value for investors, but said it would have been better if Pfizer kept Zoetis. On Wednesday, Zoetis reported better than expected third quarter earnings on both the top and bottom lines. Revenue rose 2% year over year to $1.24 billion. It also raised its adjusted earnings guidance for the year.
