Jim Cramer: Yum China Is a Lesson in Risk and Reward

"The stream of revenue that you get is supposed to by very fast growing for Yum! China," Cramer said, adding that he thinks growth will actually be better in Yum's non-China business. Yum China is a spinoff of Yum! Brands (YUM) - Get Report , which operates the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurant chains. Yum China has 7,300 locations and $8 billion in revenue last year. Shares of Yum! Brands dipped slightly on Tuesday and Yum China shares fell 0.5%.
