Yahoo! (YHOO) is an asset that only works for Verizon (VZ) - Get Report so don't expect anybody else to step up if that deal gets shaky, says TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Verizon's general counsel, Craig Silliman, declared Thursday that his company has a "reasonable basis" to think the breach of more than 500 million Yahoo! email accounts, disclosed in late September, has a "material impact" on Verizon's pending $4.8 billion acquisition of Yahoo!. That leaves open the possibility that Verizon could walk away from the deal, at least if Verizon's stance held up in court.
