TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer explains why shares of Goldman Sachs (GS) - Get Report aren't higher following its better-than-expected second quarter earnings report released Tuesday. 'Bank of America (BAC) - Get Report knows how to make money, Citigroup (C) - Get Report knows how to make money and JPMorgan Chase (JPM) - Get Report can make an absolute ton of money,' Cramer said. 'So you have a lot of comparisons that are very hard - the fixed income business was excellent for Goldman and the expense control was excellent for Goldman, but the other guys delivered such remarkable quarters and Goldman ran up because of them, so that's why it's muted.'
