Jim Cramer: Wells Fargo's Executive Compensation Changes Are 'Helpful'

TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer welcomed the executive compensation changes announced Wednesday at Wells Fargo (WFC) - Get Report. 

"I think this is very helpful - what you want is Wells Fargo to go back into being one of the major banks - if it did it would be at $65," Cramer said. The stock currently trades at $59.71.
